Frequently asked questions
You know when a specialist, clinic, or insurance asks who your primary care physician is? We do all that, but we come to you! You might say we are the grocery delivery of health care. "Concierge medical care", "at-home visits", and "medical house calls" are all other ways you could refer to what we do.
We provide all of the things your regular doctor provides for you; basic care, physical examinations, prescription adjustments, ordering tests and blood work, providing vaccines, etc.; but we do it in the comfort of your own home and at a time that works for you!
At-home primary medical care offers a wide range of services, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, managing chronic conditions, and addressing minor urgent care needs. It provides accessible healthcare with professionalism and expertise.
Our hours are based on which provider you are seeing, and what locations they service. We do our best to keep providers available as often as possible in as many area as possible, however, we limit most visits to be between 9am and 5pm. If you have special considerations that need to be accommodated, please give us a call so we can discuss possible options with you.
We have also recently opened a physical location for limited visits in Sandy, UT. Hours for this office through January '26 are Thursdays from 2-4 and/or by appointment. Starting in February '26, we'll be expanding those hours to include Tuesdays from 2-4 and/or by appointment. Give us a call to find a specific time for you!
The short answer is 'YES!'.
The longer answer is that because we provide primary care like any other primary care clinic, we are no different when it comes to insurance. We take any and all insurance that you carry. It's a huge part of our goal to provide affordable, accessible health care.
Maybe you have an infant that is sick, or a toddler with autism that doesn't do well in new situations, or a father that won't go to the doctor no matter how bad it looks. Regardless of how unique your situation may be, having your primary care provider come to you can help resolve many issues beyond just providing convenient care.
If coming to your home isn't an available option, we can also do telehealth/virtual visits. If the only time you have for a visit is during your lunch break at work, or you don't want anyone knocking on your door when baby is sleeping, set up a virtual appointment! We'll do all we can to make sure you have access to health care.
Our practitioners do visits throughout all of Salt Lake County, Utah County , and Davis County.
